Where are apricots from?

Apricots have been known for a long time. Apricot seeds from the Copper Age have been found in an archaeological dig in Armenia. Nowadays, they are mainly grown in Turkey, where we also source our apricots. The apricot is a stone fruit and is part of the rose family. Through careful drying, the already aromatic sweetness is complemented by a light sour note which you will love.
